You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You're responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to submit it.

TraderBea provides catalog data, look-ups, and collection tools for informational purposes. We work to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee that any listing, grade, certification detail, valuation, or availability is complete or error-free. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or appraisal advice — verify details independently before you buy, sell, or rely on them.

Any Sell To Us offer, sale, or other transaction is subject to the specific terms presented at the time and to our acceptance. An offer or quote is not a binding commitment until confirmed, and may depend on inspection and verification of the item.

The Service links to related sites and to third-party services. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
